How We Work
Growth doesn’t come from a template. Every business has its own culture, challenges, and opportunities — so my approach is built around understanding your business properly first, then working with you to create measurable change.

Here’s how it works ...

01
The Chemistry Call
We start with a call — Zoom, Teams, whatever you prefer.

The purpose is simple: to see if we’re a good fit. In plain terms, do we like each other, and do we both feel we can work well together?

This is also where I get a high-level view of your business, what’s driving the need for change, and what you want the outcome to be. If it feels right on both sides, we move to the next stage.
02
The Business Visit
Next, I’ll visit your business.

This is usually 3–4 hours and it’s about getting the real picture — not just what’s said on a call.

I’ll meet the team, see the business in action, get a feel for the culture, and understand how decisions are being made day-to-day.

This visit is chargeable (time and travel), but if you decide to proceed to the Growth Proposal stage, that cost is fully waived.

03
The Growth Proposal
Following the call and visit, I create a formal Growth Proposal.

This document sets out:

-
The reasons you got in touch (your brief)
-
What I’ve learned from the discovery process
-
The key areas we’ll focus on
-
The outcomes we’re aiming for — in a way that’s measurable

Typically, the proposal covers:

-
A 3-month engagement period
-
8–12 days per month of direct involvement

The point of the proposal is clarity. We agree the work, we measure progress, and we adjust as things evolve — because real business improvement is never static.
Ready to Talk?

If you’re at the stage where growth feels possible — but something in the business isn’t keeping up — let’s start with a chemistry call.
No pressure, no pitch. Just a proper conversation to see if it makes sense to work together.
